Summer Staff Training: May 15 – May 30 (mandatory for all)
Summer Staff offers the opportunity to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with youth. Serve in roles that build leadership skills and encourage spiritual growth. Experience a summer immersed in God’s creation, making a lasting impact on the lives of others—and your own.
Whether you serve as a counselor, on the maintenance team, or as a videographer, every role matters. Summer Staff is more than a job—it’s a Christ‑centered community committed to fulfilling the Great Commission.

Summer Staff Positions
- Counselor – Mentor and guide campers through daily activities and Bible studies.
- Activity Staff – Lead and facilitate adventure activities, ensuring campers have an unforgettable experience.
- Lifeguard – Keep our campers safe while they enjoy water activities.
- Photo/Video – Capture the memories and stories of each camper’s experience at Doe River Gorge.
- Retail – Manage our gift shop/sidetrack café, ensuring campers and staff are stocked with essentials and souvenirs.
- Maintenance – Assist with the upkeep of camp facilities and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Musician – Lead worship, providing spiritual encouragement through music.
- Food Service – Help prepare and serve meals for campers and staff, ensuring everyone is well-fed and energized.
