Summer Staff offers the opportunity to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with youth. Serve in roles that develop leadership skills and encourage spiritual growth. Experience a summer immersed in God’s creation, making a difference in lives, including your own. Whether as a counselor, lifeguard, or videographer, each role is essential. Summer Staff is more than a job … it’s a community united to change lives for Christ.

Summer Staff Positions
• Counselor – Mentor and guide campers through daily activities and Bible studies.
• Activity Staff – Lead and facilitate adventure activities, ensuring campers have an unforgettable experience.
• Lifeguard – Keep our campers safe while they enjoy water activities.
• Photo/Video – Capture the memories and stories of each camper’s experience at Doe River Gorge.
• Retail – Manage our gift shop/sidetrack café, ensuring campers and staff are stocked with essentials and souvenirs.
• Maintenance – Assist with the upkeep of camp facilities and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Musician – Lead worship, providing spiritual encouragement through music.
• Food Service – Help prepare and serve meals for campers and staff, ensuring everyone is well-fed and energized.
