Our facilities are suitable for individuals, families, churches, corporate groups, community teams, and clubs. They are available for both day use and overnight. The location is unique and beautifully situated in the mountains, an hour from Asheville, NC, where the Smokies and the Blue Ridge intersect.

Cedar Mountain Lodge

Historic Red Caboose

The Caboose has its own bathroom with a sink, a shower, and a toilet. It also has a couch, TV, mini fridge, and a coffee pot.

Doe River Gorge Depot
The Depot welcomes guests with its wide front porch and inviting rocking chairs overlooking the beauty of Doe River Gorge. Inside, our commercial kitchen is staffed by cooks who can provide your group with delicious meals (available upon scheduling).

Dining Tent**
This open-air tent serves as a dining hall, complete with tables and chairs set up for each meal.
$350 per day*
(for day-use groups)
$200 cleaning fee per day*
(for groups staying on the property but providing their own meals)

Big Top Tent
A spacious open-air tent designed for large group gatherings. The Big Top is equipped with a stage, sound system, video projectors, interior lighting, and Wi-Fi. Chairs and tables are available upon request, with banquet seating for up to 150 or row seating for up to 300.

Riverside Gazebo
Nestled along the banks of the Doe River and surrounded by trees, this beautiful gazebo offers a peaceful retreat. With its large wood-burning fireplace and soft lighting, it’s the perfect setting for quiet reflection, intimate gatherings, or simply enjoying the natural beauty of Doe River Gorge.
$200 per day
* Please note that all 3 of our Riverside Cabins (Bear Claw, Bear Den, & Bear Trap) are a 5–10 minute walk from our main campus and where you will park. They are not accessible by car and part of your adventure will be carrying any luggage/gear to the cabins.
