Cancellations

It is understandable that plans are altered due to unforeseen circumstances. If your plans do change, our cancellation policy is as follows:· 100% of registration fees and payments are transferable to a previously unregistered guest.· Cancellations at least one month prior to arrival will receive a full refund less the registration deposit.· Cancellations after one month prior to arrival are non-refundable unless the space is filled from our waiting list.· No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Withdrawal

If a person must withdraw from a program before the session ends, a refund will only be given in cases of physical illness, injury, or family emergency (not including homesickness). The amount of refund will be pro-rated based on the cost of that program and the number of days missed. Doe River Gorge reserves the right to dismiss anyone without refund whose conduct is not in the best interest of other participants.
