November Volunteers - SOWER project group
Doe River Gorge has been blessed with countless hours of hard work by hundreds of volunteers. Retired volunteers have energetically served in many ways to build, maintain, clean, repair, and push forward in the task of reaching young people for Christ. SOWERS (Servants on Wheels Ever Ready) is one of several organizations of retirees that has provided groups almost every Spring and Fall since before our summer programs began in 1995. For 3 weeks in November four SOWER couples have been sanding, painting, trimming, cleaning, doing inventory, and more. DRG is thankful for all these wonderful people that God has sent.
