You are living in a unique period of life. You want to invest each day for maximum experience, growth, and'impact.
Spend a summer at Doe River Gorge where you can discover your passions, gifts, and abilities. It is a place where you can form new friendships and change lives for eternity. It is a place where you can invest every minute of every day into the lives of others while at the same time having others invest in you.
This summer almost 2,000 children and teens will be traveling to Doe River Gorge for a week of high adventure and fun. You may be one of the ninety college students that God will use to see these young people transformed with the love and message of Jesus Christ.
As a summer staff member you must love Christ and love kids. You will receive 17 days of intense training that will prepare you for your service at Doe River Gorge and for the rest of your life. You will receive T3 Discipleship Training, certification in "Heartsaver First Aid", team building skills, technical skills for leading high adventure activities, counseling techniques, safety procedures, and much more.
