Servant and Leadership Training (SALT)

A 19-day discipleship adventure for students who have completed the 9th grade

You're getting to know God but now you desire to know Him deeper and more intimately. You deeply desire friendships that will last - the kind of friendships that comes from working, sweating, and praying together. You're ready to sacrifice so that others can experience what you have discovered. The Servant And Leadership Training program will help you begin the journey to become that kind of servant/leader.

For 19 exciting days, you will be one of 16 students who will learn that the first quality of leadership is attitude. Together, as a team, you will wash dishes, mop floors, take out trash, work at the lake, and a host of other activities to help Adventure Quest function. Although your days are long and the work is hard, SALT refreshes what you need most - your soul. You will soon discover that true joy and fulfillment comes, not from being served, but from serving others. You will also spend your days studying God's Word, having passionate worship experiences, enjoying fireside chats, all accompanied with great fun and adventure.
