Deposit

Although full payment is preferred, a non-refundable minimum deposit is required to secure your spot. Click here to view rates and deposit.

Payment Methods

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express (including debit cards), check, money order, or bank draft via Electronic Funds Transfer.

Balance Due

Balance is due 1 month prior to arrival. Full payment required for registrations made within one month of arrival.

Airport Transportation

Although regular airport pick-up is not provided by Doe River Gorge, if you should need pick-up or drop-off please contact our Guest Services Director at least one month in advance. The Tri-Cities Regional Airport (TRI) is located 30 miles from Doe River Gorge. Ground transportation can be provided for $85 two-way round trip and $45 one-way round trip.

Linens

For those participants traveling by airline who wish to reduce baggage charges, Doe River Gorge can provide a linen package for $10 per person, per week. This package includes a mattress pad, fitted sheet, top sheet, blanket, bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth. (A limited number of pillows are available. Please bring your own pillow if possible.)
