Linens and towels available for $7 per person- Bring pillow and toiletries

Terms:

• Smoke, alcohol, and pet-free facility.
• 2 night minimum stay.
• One night deposit due at time of reservation.
• Balance and security deposit due 40 days prior to stay.
• Reservations within 40 days of stay require full payment and security deposit.
• Security Deposit: Equals one night's rate, refunded within 15 days of check-out or cancellation.
• Cancellation Policy: Prior to 40 days-90% refund.
• Within 40 days-No refund, unless facility is re-rented, then 90% refund.
