David Legge

Assistant Activities Director (2004) - David shares Doe River Gorge's passion for youth and heart for ministry. David graduated with a degree in Business Administration from Marshall University in 1991 and also took Bible classes through Moody Bible Institute. David and his wife Samantha moved into the East Tennessee area in 2001 so David could begin his training with Moody Aviation. David was well on his way to becoming a missionary pilot/mechanic when the Lord showed him that He had other plans for him. He and Samantha have four children; Micah, Joseph, Hannah, and Jesse.

"It has been my privilege to take part in the ministry and to see the work that the Lord has done in the hearts of so many youth here in east Tennessee. I'm excited to be able to be involved in something that the Lord will use to reach many more young people with the gospel of Jesus Christ. As part of a uniquely gifted team of people who are passionate about serving the Lord, I look forward to seeing how God will use me as we serve and minister in the future!"
