From Nashville, TN (east): Map View

  • I-40 east to Knoxville
  • Continue on I-40 approx 30 miles to I-81
  • Take I-81 north 57 miles to Exit #57 A onto I-26 East south towardJohnson City
  • Go 15 miles to Exit #24 SR 67/US 321
  • At end of ramp, turn right on SR-67 east and stay on SR-67 through Elizabethton.
  • Turn right onto US-19E south (Food City plaza on right- US-321 and SR-67 also turn right
  • After you have gone 5 miles south on 19E (Shell/Roadrunner/Subway is on the left corner), US-321/SR-67 turns left but 19E continues straight (south).
  • Continue straight (south) on 19E for exactly one more mile to Doe River Gorge Road. (Slow down as you pass the McCloud Lumber Sawmill Outlet on the left)
  • Turn LEFT at next available median crossover onto Doe River Gorge Road (between the sawmill and a house) Go 1/2 mile on Doe River Gorge Road to fork - right to office, left to parking area.

From Winston-Salem, NC (west): Map View

  • US-421 north (westward direction) through Boone
  • Just west of Boone turn left onto US-321 north
  • Follow US-321 north to US-19E in Hampton, TN
  • Turn left onto US-19E south
  • Continue on 19E for exactly one mile to Doe River Gorge Road. (Slow down as you pass the McCloud Lumber Sawmill Outlet on the left)
  • Turn LEFT at next available median crossover onto Doe River Gorge Road (passes between the sawmill and a house) Go 1/2 mile on Doe River Gorge Road to fork - right to office, left to parking area.

From Roanoke, VA (south): Map View

  • I-81 south to Exit #69 - Route 394: Blountville/Bristol Motor Speedway - turn LEFT/SOUTH at exit
  • Go 5 1/2 miles and turn right just before the underpass onto US-11E/US-19 toward Johnson City
  • Continue 3 1/2 miles and turn left onto US-19E south to Elizabethton
  • Go 9 miles to first traffic light on edge of Elizabethton (Food City plaza on far right corner)
  • After you have gone 5 miles south on 19E (Shell/Roadrunner/Subway is on the left corner), US-321/SR-67 turns left but 19E continues straight (south).

From SC, NC, and GA (north thru Asheville): Map View

  • From SC take I-26 west through Spartanburg SC to Asheville, NC.
  • From Atlanta, travel via I-85 north to Greenville, SC and US-25 north onto I-26 west to Asheville, NC
  • Continue on I-26 west though Asheville and into Tennessee
  • 15 miles north of Erwin, TN take Exit #24 Hwy SR 67/US 321
