The leadership programs were created to help today's teens look beyond themselves while embracing the leadership model in Scripture. You are invited to raise the bar by challenging yourself to the life of "Different."

Within your DNA rings a passion to be part of something bigger than yourself. The Bible defines "bigger" as moving beyond personal goals and embracing life with a servant's mindset. Jesus calls His followers to something "Different." In a culture obsessed with "me," Christian teens need a motivation for spiritual depth, selflessness, service, and the promise of something greater.

Leadership development at Doe River Gorge is sequential process of spiritual growth, beginning with 17THREE, continuing in SALT, followed by LEAD and on to Applied Leadership. You will embark on a journey that will leave a lasting impact resulting in a relentless dedication to the teachings of Jesus, a deep compassion for those around you, and a commitment to the forfeit of self. If embraced, you will discover a vision for your life and become a catalyst for change in your world.

Programs lasting 12, 20, 27, or 34 days include exciting elements of Adventure Quest along with totally new challenges. Each is a blend of the best of both worlds. You will benefit from a fusion of out-of-this-world adventure with top-notch leadership development.
